I got a computer about 3 months ago, and im having BOSD with this different messages every day, twice or three times a day.
It happens randomly, sometimes its when im navigating on facebook/email/news, sometimes im working on video (After effects, photoshop and illustrator), and sometimes im just organizing folders.

I already tried changing the Memory sticks by new ones, so its not memory. my drivers are all updated and i dont know what else to do. PLEASE SOME HELP?
Here is the file with all the files requested from the W7F diagnostic tool.

Hi,
even though the dmp file is pointing to memory corruption chances are it's a driver causing the issue. Ill go through the dmp file and see what's what.

Hey Kemical,
Thanks a lot for your help.
I updated everything you pointed out.
Ill keep you posted about any other BSOD.
Thanks a lot one more time.

Hi Gabriel,
thank you for updating your thread. Please post any further dmp files and i'll read them asap.. :)

Hello, its been 3 days since i dont get a BSOD. Thanks a lot for that!
But, theres a new error coming up. When my computer goes into hibernation, sometimes it doesn't come back. So i have to reboot manually (after trying to hit every key on my keyboard, for 10 minutes).
So when i reboot it says it can Restore from the Hibernation point, pointing a error at Error: /hiberfil.sys.
SO i turned off the hibernation, but i think its a pretty useful feature.
Does anyone knows that error?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi Kemical,
SO my computer has been working perfectly for the past month, until friday i had several freezes in less than an hour. Not Blue Screen, but just freezes. Keyboard, screen, wacom and mouse totally frozen. I turned my computer off on the power buton everytime, and some times as soon windows started it froze again.
Im attaching the Diagnostic files again.
I hope i can get it fixed.
Thanks in advance,

Gabriel Rocha

Hi,
memory management again.

Try removing Avast and using MSE as Avast has been known to cause issues:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

Download and run memtest86:
http://www.memtest.org/

Right click on the C drive, choose properties, look along the top for 'Tools' and then click 'check now' or 'error checking'. Tick any boxes on repairing sectors.

Find command prompt in the start menu and right click on it, choose properties and then run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Nothing came out ffrom the scans. Memory test OK, Error checkings OK, scannon command OK.
I uninstalled Avast and installed MSE, so far so good. A full day and a half no freezes.
Thanks again guys, lets hope that soled it.

Thanks again!

Well, guess who is back? It has just frozen again.
am i running out of options?
Files attatched.
Thanks in advance

Hi Gabriel,
did the machine freeze or actually bsod because the last dump file sent is dated 29th of Jan 2014. If the machine froze it might be down to overheating. Check on your CPU and GPU temps when at idle and when at stress. This little application is quite handy for that:
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Sorry Kemical on no replying, ive been out of town.
Anyways, it just froze, no BSD, but ive been monitoring the temperature. All seems normal.
but today i just had a BSD, im attatching the file in the message.
Thanks once again.

Hi Gabriel,
no dump file to speak of are you sure you actually had a bsod? Check the event logs as they might be able to tell you what actually happened. When does the freezing happen, when your doing something particular or are they just random?

Hum, thats weird.
Im sure i had a BSOD yesterday right before i sent the file.
On event viwer it says its Kenrl-Power Event 41 Task Category 63.
Ive done a research and it could be several things. It looks like its a very comom error on Windows.
It could be Not enought power from the power supply (which is not the case), overheating and the list goes on.
Im running out of options.
Thanks again Kemical, ill keep you posted if something new comes out.
At least now i have BOSD once every 2-3 weeks. Not bad.

No you only need to run it for a few passes and all night long is long enough. Did you run a system file check? I'm just going over old ground in case something was missed..
