Windows 7 BSOD on trying to connect to internet with phone.

Hi,
I am using windows 7 on my Hp Pavilion dm4 1024-tx laptop. Today while trying to connect internet to my laptop with my nokia c3-01 phone I faced the BSOD. It happens only when I try to connect to internet with my phone, whether through bluetooth or USB-Cable. Normal bluetooth/USB connections with phone occur without any problem. But I am able to use Wifi as well as ethernet. I tried several times connecting but with the same result, I tried uninstalling the bluetooth driver also. This is the error message I get after log on:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 100000d1
BCP1: 00000038
BCP2: 00000002
BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 90B0E697
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

It would be immense help if someone can help me out. I don't know what to do, and I am afraid in case I become unable to use wi-fi and ethernet also. I have attached the .dmp file in .rar .

Thanks in advance.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

The memory dump blames VBoxNetFlt.sys - a driver component of your Virtual Box installation. Please temporarily un-install Virtual Box in order to test. If you decide to re-install Virtual Box, be sure to get the latest, Win7 compatible version from the Virtual Box website.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

Only 815 MB free RAM. Please get more RAM for you system (check the specs before buying). While waiting to purchase more RAM, please only run one program at a time - and disable any un-needed startup items in order to conserve memory usage.

E: drive only has less than 1% free space. This can cause BSOD's. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) BTH\MS_BTHPAN\7&47B31B4&0&2 This device is disabled.
Not Available ROOT\WPD\0000 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available ROOT\WPD\0001 The drivers for this device are not installed.
The Bluetooth PAN is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
The other 2 devices are Windows Portable Devices. Most internet searches show it to be a Nokia device, but I suspect it could be any unknown device attached to your system. What are these devices? Please install drivers for them.

As noted previously, all of the memory dumps blame VBoxNetFlt.sys - a driver component of your Virtual Box installation.

Thank you. It is working right now and seems normal for the time being.
I uninstalled PowerISO, Virtual Box, ran the tests, updated with windows SP1. I also re-installed the missing drivers from the websites pointed out and updated the software like the Virtual Box, etc.
I am having minor problems with the LAN though. It takes 5-7 minutes after enabling the LAN cable to actually show up the network I am connected too. Also after troubleshooting it said problems with LAN driver. It is a Realtek GBE controller and I supposed that updating the driver might fix it. But it didn't actually, it still takes 5-7 min before data set/received starts. It is not that huge problem, but can it be related to the previous BSOD.

Where did you get the driver for the Realtek network device?
Here's a link to it at Realtek: Realtek

Make multiple trips to Windows Update to ensure that you have ALL available updates.

Please provide this to see if there's anything obvious with the network problems:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Thanks again. Complete re-installing after uninstalling the previous driver of Realtek PCIe GBE ethernet controller solved the problem.
