HELLO
I HAVE A PROBLEM... I HAD OFFICE STARTER INSTALLED IN MY COMPUTER, THEN I DECIDED TO UPDATED TO THE PRO PLUS EVALUATION... AFTER I INSTALLED IT, BOTH (STARTER AND PRO PLUS(60 DAYS TRIAL)) WERE WORKING RIGHT; HOWEVER, WHEN OPENING PRO PLUS IT REQUIRED SOME TIME TO LOAD SOME "ARCHIVES NEEDED." THIS ACTUALLY WOULD TOOK 5 - 10 MINUTES... IT WAS COMPLETLY ANNOYING SO I DECIDED TO UNINSTALL THE WHOLE OFFICE(STARTER AND 60 DAYS TRIAL VERSION PRO PLUS).. WHEN THIS WAS DONE, I WANTED TO REINSTALL THE PRO PLUS EVALUATION BUT AN ERROR OCURRED... WHEN IT WAS ALMOST 95% LOADED... THEN IT WOULD DELETE EVERY FILE AGAIN AND THE ERROR WAS THAT "A TRIAL VERSION HAS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE" I DON'T UNDERSTAND VERY WELL BUT AS I UNDERSTOOD THE TRIAL VERSION CODE WAS MAKING SOME KIND OF CONFLICT... NOW I CANNOT INSTALL THE TRIAL PRO PLUS AGAIN AND STARTER CANNOT BE INSTALLED AGAIN.... I NEED TO FIX THIS BUG AS SOON AS POSIBLE.. SO PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!! I LOADED A SYSTEM IMAGE BEFORE THE UNINSTALLATION BUT IT DIDN'T WORK...

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO INSTALL A TRIAL OF PRO PLUS?

Solution
Go into safe mode and uninstall all office products, then scan computer for any registry leftovers and remove them, using Ccleaner. Then check system for any malware while in safe mode and remove if any is found. Then reboot and redownload the version of office you want to try.
