Windows 7 Cant install anything

Today, when i tried installing Bluestacks , a program i had installed before, a error occured.

After the extracting is done, a message popped up [ shown below]

wHEN I pressed ok, it said failed to install bluestacks.

Please help me as i dont know much about computers.
