Windows 7 Change special icons

Some special icons (like user folder on desktop) can't be changed, apparently, because no "properties" menu item appear in right-click context menu.

Is there some way or tool to achieve this?

Right click somewhere on desktop -> Personalize -> Change Desktop Icons
