Windows 7 dotnet errors all of a sudden

I uninstalled office 2007 and now all of the programs that used to work no longer do. My hdri monitor and sound programs, I was using paint.net all kinds of things keep giving me an error tht dotnet 3.51 or greater needs to be installed. nothing appears to be in the event lognor, however can I install any version of dotnet software. I have checked for viruses and malware and I had nothing appear. I mean paint.net was already installed and failed to work after i uninstalled office. I am so sick of this crap with windows.

Have you tried to re-install the dot network platform to repair the issue.
