Need help deciding on 2 components for new pc build

I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Dem's at least care about Health Care.
My father was retired military, so I have almost 52 year's experience with the republican's and health care.They don't give a s**it about health care.
I have experience of about 40 years now with the diabetes and the military doctor's are the reason I'm on Social Security Disability now for not prescribing the correct types of insulin and not doing all the proper testing that they should've done to me.
Let's just say my medical records could fill 3 or 4 books easily.

I need some advice on this one, as I've never hooked a tv to a pc.
I'm gonna need to get a new desk no matter what monitor or tv I get as any are gonna be 27" or this 4K tv which is 55".
Current stuff my pc is on is more like a mini entertainment center rather than a desk and my current 21.5" is about as much as can fit on it, as there's wood on both sides of the monitor.
Camera for some reason stopped working in Windows 10 about 2 month's ago and I don't feel like doing a clean install now, as my arms & legs have been cramping up a lot more often lately.
My tests for more stents in my neck, arms, lower abdomen and both leg's isn't until October 17th and my follow-up appointment is the 24th, so I'm figuring from the 25th - 31st for the rest of the stents I know I'll be getting.
Anyway the 4K 27" monitor is around $1,000.00 + tax and this 4K tv is $600.00 + tax, so it sounds like a better deal.

Thanka, numerous issues on top of tge covid19 stuff happebing everyqhere.
I had a issue wherw I thought I was I was going blind,
It turned out?to be chicken pox in my eyea. Visions clear now after over a month of weekly visits ate my doxtoe. Upcoming eyw aurfery for a axar feom tge cgicken pox
Touch typing on phone still a issue.

Yeah, the chi ken pox $ounded weird to me. I was seeing 100 or so black dots
My pc was stolen in October. I got it back, but i m@me it.
HDD & SSD's quesstionable..I have
a Ryzen 3900X, a Samsung 860÷se EVO 1tb, to gi with my old ssd's and hdd.
I hope EVGA can fix my RTX 2080 SUPER. The right
8 pin power connector is broken partially enough for the power cable to not stay connected.

I hate t;is touch keyboard. It's really bad at times.
Off to follow up for my eye's in a few. Sure I'll have to continue the drops & cream until the surgery.
Hopefully they'll fix my video card for me.
