Windows 10 New Icon on Taskbar?

Hi everyone.

When I logged in to my computer this morning, there was an icon on the task bar that wasn't there when I logged out.
It's a Sun with a Cloud over it, to the right is the present temperature. When I click on it a page opens up with current news items.

Is this a new Windows update?

I know I didn't install anything.

Yeah it's new with the June update. It's a weather and news widget. You can manage your interests or right click the taskbar and disable it if desired
