I'm having a problem connecting to www.microsoft.com all site & Link Removed
I can't access this site in Internet explorer 7,Firefox

There is a file called Hosts on your system in the Windows\System32\drives\etc folder. Open it with notepad and see if there are any entries concerning microsoft. If there are any without a # in front of them you might list them if you so choose.

Also, you might check your firewall or anti-virus to see if the site has been put in a restriced site status.
