Windows 7 recurring problem - please help

hi,
i have been having BSOD recently. It started about 1-2 weeks after i updated the driver for the NVIDIA graphic card, and installed FIFA 13. Thats the latest major installation i can think of. I started getting crashes and blue screens, when watching a video, online or on VLC, and while playing FIFA. A couple of times i found that it crashed while not attended.
Anyways, i formatted C: and re-installed Windows (Enterprise x64), updated to SP1 and other Windows updates, then re-installed FIFA (thought a clean installation would rule out any software issues).
That was yesterday.
Today, i got two blue screen crashes while playing FIFA!!
I was hoping if anyone can see if the dump files say what the problem was!

Only 99 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get all available updates.

HotSpot Shield has recently been seen to cause BSOD's. Please uninstall it to check and see if that stops the BSOD's.

Your Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver dates from 2005 and is a known cause of BSOD's on Win7 systems. Please update it from the Asus website

Hi again,
i appreciate the help you provided, but i still have a blue screen problem.
Here is what i tried:
- I updated the drivers you mentioned, except for the Western Digital driver which after all the updates remained un-affected.
- I removed one RAM chip, so the PC ran on only 2 chips (4 GB). Ran memtest+, and no problems were found even after 10 passes or so (left it running for over 10 hours). Just wanted to make sure there was no hardware problem involved.
- I even tried overclocking the hardware from the BIOS.
I still ended up with a blue screen after each change.

Now, I formatted, and installed Win 8 x64 Enterprise.
Installed FIFA 13, and got my first blue screen on WIN 8 while playing!!!!

I figured a brand new OS would solve the problem!

Anyways,
am attaching the logs and stuff, and was wondering if the dump files could tell you anything about what might be problem this time?

could it be a hardware problem?

Update:
I ran OCCT, to check the graphic card for errors, for an hour and no errors were found.
the last 3 blue screens were caused by drivers:
dxgkrnl.sys
dxgmms1.sys
ntoskrnl.exe

the first 2, as i understand, refer to DirectX, which is fully updated, and the last one may refer to memory.

any idea of what i might be dealing with here?
