Windows 10 Stuck at windows login screen

I started my computer in safe mode with active directory repair to see if it would help mr with a seperate problem, which isnt important to this right now, and now I am stuck at the windows login screen. It does not have a text box or anything where I would actually log in, and nothing works, crtl. Alt delete doesn't work, and neither does alt tab. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

Try pressing ctrl-alt- del a couple of times, and then type your password "blind". see if that gets you to the desktop.
