Hi,

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump to copy the files in there to any other folder. Then rar or zip the files. Attach the rar to zip to a post using the paperclip above where you type, in advanced mode reply.

We shall have a look.

I can tell you right now that the 0x24 error is related to the hard drive. Please open an elevated command prompt. Then run this command for each partition on the system, changing C: to match the letter each time:

chkdsk /r C:

updates
MSI Mother boards and vga drivers could not find any that were later than mine
IChior Raid came up this Computer not minimum require ment to load
I have taken out the video card cpature driver as i dont use it anyway these days
will keep you posted if it crashes again


I think the main one could be the raid driver as it realy for xp
I have searcch everywhere and this one is what some other guys use in vista

I use a ata driver thats booted before w7 ITE 8212 raid
I noticed there is another ata installed intel ICh10 family
I think its loaded from the bios or a program
what do you think

Can't say for sure. If you're still having bsod, post a new crash dump and we can look at the current driver situation on the machine.

If you aren't having any problem, I'd suggest leaving things be as is. One driver is probably needed for the SATA ports and the other driver is necessary for IDE port(s).

one other I have a 1tb HD split in two one side has programs w7 32
I was trying to install w 7 64 on the other part of the hard drive its marked active < i think thats the problem
the installaion goes to the selection of the drive and when I hit it and ask for the install it shows it cant find the partition
I can format it within the installation and that makes no difference
any solutions
