Here is the issue:
When I print anyting, adobe, excel, word, text doc, e-mail etc., and I select more than one copy it actually multiplies my copies. This seems to be happening to only me, the other two techs who have the same software as I do print just fine.
Now this is not just one printer but any printer in our firm. I did a firmware update on our IT printer and updated the drivers for the printer as well. This did not solve the issue, but since it's only me and with all the printers I think it's a windows 7 setting.
Any Ideas?
