Windows 7 Wireless Connection Issues (Full Signal Strength but No Internet)

So I recently had to reset the router and now all computers/phones/tablets in the house will connect to the wireless and have internet, but my computer will connect but have no internet. It has full signal strength, but when I scroll over networking it always says I have no internet. I have tried factory resets/reformats/static ip's, but nothing works. Also, whenever I try to connect with my PC the internet goes down for 5-10 mins for the other computers but comes back up after that short time. Lastly, before the reset when it worked whenever my computer would reset it would have trouble connecting and would crash the internet for 5-10 minutes before it would start working again and even when it was working the internet would sometimes have moments where it got very slow/crashed and would come back up either within minutes or up to a few hours.

Here's my ipconfig:

Put in a static IP and do the ipconfig /all again. The one above shows that there is no connection to the router the 169.x.x.x is just a IP that windows plugs in when it does not get an IP via the DHCP.
Can you try the adapter in another PC, maybe it just went bad?
Did you uninstall the adapter and let windows reinstall?
