Good evening! Just now I have noticed something: my Windows 10 (I upgraded from 8.1 to 10 in the last of day of the free dowload) doesn't have the W10 layout, but the 8.1. Some screenshots:
This is the current layout of my SO (notice that it's not 10, but 8):
And this is how the W10 SO look...

Hello
One long-standing feature of Windows really, REALLY p*sses me off.
All I want it that when I click on an icon on the taskbar, I want to be taken to that application. Every time. With no exceptions.
However, it seems that in Windows, the SECOND time you click on any application, it takes...

Pardon the length; I'll try hard to keep it short as possible. I know there is a lot on the internet concerning genuine Windows 7 64 OS suddenly being flagged as not valid. I tried a number of ideas postulated on the web but I still can't get it to work. Now to be honest this issue has been...

I have problems to set an eMail client (e.g. Thunderbird) on my 64bit Win 7 system for handling all "mailto" links. It is often recommended to go to

or

Hi,
My computer freezes randomly. The error in event viewer is "event 41 kernel power 63". I had tried windbg. I am neither a developer, nor an expert. I am new to this forum. Below is the code generated from whatever little analysis I could do.
I'd be grateful, if anyone can help me out.

Hi all, okay so yesterday I installed Win 7 on a laptop that had XP before that. XP was on C: disk, and me not being that good at reinstalling OS's I chose to make a clean install of Win 7 on disk D: Now.. if I understand correctly a clean install should've just deleted the previous OS...
For me Windows 10 is the worst OS I have ever used (I started with Windows 2.x). The Power Options, plus many other things, is a joke.
On the last round of updates I was plagued by this problem, the Display shutdown and never to wake up. The only way to use the computer is to shutdown manually...
Last night, the hinge on my roommate's computer broke. At the same time, his network card stopped working. The Internet connection works, the Network Connections window says the connection is enabled despite the red x on the connection itself, and diagnostics on the network say the card is...

Here's a story for ya.
Yesterday I decided to give Windows 10 a shot because of what all my friends were saying. "OHHH ITS AMAZEBALLZ" "SOOOOOO AWSM" and such. The upgrade took a few hours but was well worth it. The programmes were exactly where I left them along with everything else. The new...
