hi. i know that this problem is quite common but i still cant find a working solution.
i hav been using windows 7 home premium for quite a while already but today suddenly the black screen problem occur. my explorer.exe is already running. i cannot access the internet coz my internet browsers...
I hope this is the right forum for this but if not please move it. Yesterday when i logged on this came up gidle.exe. I went online to find out what this was. It could be a virus or malware or some other nastys. I have ran sever scans with these software.
