Title says it all. I'll launch a totally unrelated program, like a game or Safari, and WMC will start. Any solutions?

I am running win 7 I am able to watch a film in Windows Media Player ( WMP ), but when I start up Windows Media Center ( WMC ) I am not able to watch it in WMP ( via WMC ) This is not regarded to all of the films, but some of them.
