- This device is disabled:
facap, FastAccess Video Capture ROOT\IMAGE\0000 Este dispositivo está deshabilitado.
Please enable it and update it's drivers.

- Both errors are STOP 0x116 - please see this troubleshooting post: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

- Use canned air to blow out all of the vents on the laptop (DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner or air compressor as it can damage the system). Then make sure that the laptop is only used on a hard surface - preferably with a cooling pad in place.

Just an update, I can remember that issues started when I updated my video card driver to the latest version ( NVDIA GeForce GTX 560m) .
When the fatal crash happened y restored the video card driver from the NVDIA website (obviously it downloaded the latest version).
Do you think that reinstalling my old driver (maybe with Dell technical support) would be helpful??
Thanks in advance...

I'm not in favor of putting older drivers on a system - it seems (to me) that it's the same as putting old tires on your car.

Don't worry about the facap, FastAccess Video Capture for now.

Try the steps at the STOP 0x116 link: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting - Windows 7 Forums

If that doesn't fix it, then it's time to try another video card.

I tried the fixing tool at microsoft web site for the link posted above.. it seemed to work, then I restarted to upload musci to itunes match. after a while (maybe 45 min or an hour) the laptop rebooted, and I got this error message

Firma con problemas:
Nombre del evento de problema: BlueScreen
Versión del sistema operativo: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Id. de configuración regional: 3082

Información adicional del problema:
BCCode: 116
BCP1: FFFFFA80BD42A2D0
BCP2: FFFFF880101571A4
BCP3: FFFFFFFFC000009A
BCP4: 0000000000000004
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

This is kinda weird, the error only happens whne Im uploading music to iTunes match, I can surf the web, wath youtbe videos, watch Bluray movies , playing video games (starcraft for example) and everythig goes fine, is there anything else I can do?? please any advice is welcome..!!! Thanks in advance.

I have no idea if this will actually help resolve your issues but during the course of checking the two dump files that you attached thus far, I couldn't help but notice
BiosVersion = A08
BiosReleaseDate = 07/29/2011
SystemManufacturer = Alienware
SystemProductName = M17xR3
BaseBoardManufacturer = Alienware
BaseBoardProduct = M17xR3
BaseBoardVersion = A08

As best I can determine
Release Date: 4/19/2012
Version: A10

Importance: Recommended
Download Type: BIOS
Is available on Dell's website.
Why don't you point your browser to Link Removed - Invalid URL plug in your Service Tag Number and see if that is in fact the case.
According to the link and associated information that usama pointed you to above one of the suggestions in respect to troubleshooting the problem is an outdated BIOS. Never know, it might help.
Regards
Randy
