Windows 7 BSOD, impossible to start computer

your options available rely heavily on backing up your data either using system restore or an img , given you have neither of these your choice is either repair the system files in "dos" mode with command prompts such as sfc /scannow and other commands or simply reinstall windows 7 over your current installation and lose any settings and data in the process ?

I agree here with kemical as debugging from dos or using tools in PE is going to prove almost impossible with no clue, I feel your best bet now is to copy out any personal files from within your xp install then simply reinstall windows 7 from your DVD :)
