Windows 8 Can't install Net Framework 4.6

When I run the installer it says I need update KB2919355 but no updates are available in Windows Update. I let my computer do a search for new updates but that didn't result in anything. Do I have to wait for it or can I download it somewhere?

What copy of Windows have you got... W8, W8.1 pro, home what?

That update is a set and perhaps you have some/ all the parts aready?
You could try a manual download of just that patch... get it here (you may need to pick a different language as perhaps US or UK Enlish ), https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/kb/2919355
