Windows 10 Desktop icons keep resetting

Hi, I have this trange issue in that my Desktop icons keep resetting back to a default location which is the top left of my screen. It happens when I install a game and run it windowed then full-screen. Not only this, but sometimes I end up with the folder on my desktop and their icons and text being very small. No idea why.

I've never had peace with it since Windows 8 when they changed the whole UI.

And upgrade the driver to something up to date but be aware that Microsoft will replace it again if you allow them to manage your wx updates

Also, right click on the desktop and select View, just to be sure that it hasn't gotten changed to "Auto Arrange" some how.
