This issue keeps popping up in hundreds or more on my event log, especially when I play any games or browse the internet.
I have tried changing power settings and running CHKDSK and none of them helped, also the windows memory check didn't find any problems as well.
What do I do?

Did you run CHKDSK /R as well? Sometimes this error is caused by Hard Disk problem.
Do you have a spare hard disk?

Remove the Nforce drivers, reboot and then reinstall them. Is a known issue.

Remove from add and remove programs, restart if asked and then on booting reinstall them.
