Since it's the same on both of your computers it kind of rules out my most common suggestion which is uninstall the audio device in Device Manager and reboot, but that's usually for a problem with the computer's configuration.
This will make Windows reinstall and reconfigure the device to default settings.
Try it on one of them and see if it helps.
I don't see drivers for Windows 10, or anything after 2012 for that matter.
But you could try updating the driver to whatever the latest one is.
