Windows 7 how can i get volume control on task bar ?

hello i have just installed windows 7 ultimate on my hp laptop but i cannot see the volume icon,any ideas how i can put it to the task bar please ?

Right click on the Windows 7 orb, select Properties, Task bar, customize and pick which ones you want.

Click on the icons notification area in the tray, or start menu > properties > taskbar, and choose "Customize".
