Windows 7 Need a place to download sound drivers for gx280

Yeah the title sums it up haha.
I have been looking for hours, Im kinda new to all of this so and all I can find is xp drivers so if there is a way to use another driver or somthing Im all ears or eyes in this case. please help me i have no sound

hmmmm if your talking about the HDMI audio out they should have been installed along with the video card driver... it's nothing fancy doesn't even have it's own control panel except for the MS sound and volume controls and should look something like this except where mine says ATI yours should say nVidia
