I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.

nmsuk: Apparently. I've never been able to do any. I have too many blood & urine tests done for my diabetes, it's complications and what ever else frequently arises.
Now with the added diet I'm on to avoid frequent kidney stones, I can't even drink beer.
I'm just glad I've alway's been the type that can't drink at home. I have to be in a bar and the bar has to have a good band. No karaoke or juke boxes.
That's because I started playing drums when I was 3. Wish I could still play them.

Now, it's on to the extra 2 EKWB fans and Doom next month.
The EKWB XLC Predator 240 QDC in February.
March looks like at least 1 ssd upgrade. Depends on which Samsung 850 EVO 1.0 TB is cheaper. The m.2 one or the sata one. Getting both eventually.
March will definitely be WWE 2K16, too.
I may be able to squeeze in getting Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate in February, too.

I forgot all about this one. For anyone looking for a non-mechanical keyboard, the Logitech G213 Prodigy I got is supposed to be spill proof. No more worrying about spilling something on your keyboard and it being ruined.
You do need space for it to fit, as the wrist rest is part of the keyboard.

Apparently it add's a feature for taking videos of your gameplay for posting on YouTube, Twitch, etc.
Here's a article about all the new features that PC World posted last night. AMD's Radeon Software Crimson ReLive debuts with features galore

I just found out something earlier today. Newegg now stocks and sells the EKWB EK XLC Predator 240. EKWB EK-XLC Predator 240 Water / Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm-Newegg.com
They have the XLC Predator 280 & 360, too.
Good to know for when I order one in February.
Here's a link to every EKWB product Newegg sells. EKWB - Newegg.com

I believe they do have it at their site/store. That's just like Newegg doesn't list the fan addon kits for the XLC Predator 240 or 360. EKWB's site has them.
All the fan addon kit is 2 120mm fans and screws or 3 120mm fans and screws. They're cheaper in the kit than they are if you buy the fans each by themselves.
Their fans are usualyy $19.99 each, the addon kit with 2 for the XLC Predator 240 is $35.99. You save $5.00 with the kit of 2.
Here are a few links for EKWB's online store.

Search their site they have pretty much everything watercooling wise.
Waterblock's for GTX 10** Series, GTX 9** Series and even for the RX 480's.
I spotted clear tubing and clear coolant on their site, too.
Their's also other places in the U.S. that stocks their stuff. One of them is about 25 minutes from my house, 1 town away.
I'm gonna get the XLC Predator 240 from Newegg for income tax reasons.
That way I just turn the receipts in with my 2018 income tax paperwork and thanks to all my medical bills I keep my sales tax money.
