Click to expand... i don't know 'bout the 3rd party program, but i will try to search for the *.cpl and do like you write to me. thank's a lot for the info dude! problem solved. and hell yeah, it's all about the 3rd party program. the solution is uninstall the 3rd party program thanks for the help guys!
