To restore the BIOS settings to their default, known good condition, open the BIOS Setup screen as follows:
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the f10 key to enter the BIOS setup Menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press the f9 key to select and load the BIOS Setup Defaults. This returns the settings to the original factory conditions.
- Press f10 to Save and Exit.
- When prompted to Exit Saving Changes?, use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press the enter key to accept the changes.
