Don't disable that as it's your dump file creation. In fact change the settings so they look like this:
Look across the top of the system properties box for 'Advanced' and click that.
Look for 'Startup and Recovery' near the bottom and click 'settings'.
Near the bottom you'll see a drop down menu under the heading 'write debugging information'.
In the drop down menu choose ' small memory dump (256KB)'
Under 'small dump directory' make sure it says %SystemRoot%\Minidump.
Click ok and your good to go.
Your temperatures sound good.
Now please go back to the original post and follow the instructions on using memtest86. Your best testing the RAM overnight unless you see an error straight away.
No, it will just make life easier for you and us when dealing with the file. Instead of a 16GB file (or whatever your ram size is) your dealing with 256kb which is far easier to upload ect...
Here’s my bag. turn off your pc open the case take the ram out and blow on the stick then the slot then put them back in. Push on them firmly to make sure they’re deffo in the slot If no change uninstall mygraphics drivers. Restart then install them again ill try this next

Well re-seating the RAM 'may' help but your better off testing it as we have already stated. I know you don't have any CD's so why not try the windows memory test at least? How to Test Your Computer’s RAM for Problems
mdsch tests i am going to run then if that determines that one or more of my sticks are faulty then im going to take 1 stick out test that ect see if pc resets, and then do the same with the other to find the faulty stick
