Hi
You can get the install tool here.
Link Removed
Select the option "Using media creation tool".
Then, select, Perform clean installation using a USB or DVD.
Follow the instructions.
When you have it up and running create a System Image File using something like EaseUS Todo backup and recovery so you won't have to go through this again.

First, we are not MS, just a forum of nice people helping each other.
You don't need to buy W10 again, you can download it (see the link under Resources at the top of this forum). Your license is still valid and will be loaded automaticly.
Do you know what made your Windows unusable, was it a Virus, crashes, something else?
Please call back

I think the OP wants to go back to Win 7 so links to be able to re-install Win 10 won't help.
Too bad users don't heed the warnings given to ensure that they back their system up prior to starting the upgrade.
If the OP has a valid Win 7 product key, Win 7 install disks can be downloaded from here: Link Removed

Hi
I thought he said that he tried to Reset, Windows 10 as his first choice, then when he couldn't do that, opted to go back to Windows 7.
You've given him the option to go back to Windows 7 so he should be all set one way or the other.
Personally my opinion is that he should try to clean install Windows 10, before reinstalling Windows 7 and be up to date.
We're going to be stuck with W10 for a long time t come. whether we want to or not . LOL
I tell people to make a system image at least 6 times a week.
If people would just get the message before they have to go through a hassle like this.
