SevenVG theme
YzShadow (can use this one in 7) to add the nice shadows to menus
YzToolbar
TaskSwitchXP
IconTweaker
VisualTaskTips for taskbar previews

Armed with the above, you can use the regular XP style just as well.

I know Rocket dock has a free version, I am however partial to Stard docks Object Dock, and Winstep extreme start bar and work shelves, Winstep also has a free docking type program called Nexus which is also great take a look Winstep Nexus Dock and Nexus Ultimate - The Advanced Docking System for Windows

Thank Sarge. I'm trying out Object Dock. So far I kinda like it a little more than Rocket Dock. We'll see.

Update: It's definite. I like Object Dock better than Rocket Dock.

I think it's safe to say this thread has been fairly successful
Anyway, here's my current one.. It's a winter theme from MS.. Note the current background is a winter shot of one of the default themes, and I do believe this is somewheres in Canada.
