i tried everything, no use, i need to restart the computer itself to return to my work ..

why is this ? and how to fix it ?

thank you

You could try pressing the power button on your PC while it's asleep, otherwise, maybe you'd want to check out "Hibernartion" mode.
Was this a clean install or and upgrade from Vista?

pressing the Power Button will restart the pc.
and this is a Clean install.

one thing should not it's im using ASRock Intelligent Energy Saver (IES), not i explored it a little i found "Put The Computer to sleep: 1666 hours and something" i was shoked to see this,
i instantly changed it to 10 Minutes.
but putting it to 10 minute, won't it allow me to return back until the 10 minutes finished ???

Try disabling the program or uninstalling it, Windows has sufficient power management services integrated.
