I finally gave in and installed it yesterday.
I held out for quite a while, but I haven't seen any problems with it.

I have download this SP1 and install it, its works okay and looks like there is some upgrade on system that make it use more less resource in my computer...

The download link is on the first page. You can also find this through Windows Update and Microsoft's Downloads website for the redistributable version (the one you would use to update multiple computer systems by deploying the file). They are the same thing, but the Windows Update version will be smaller.
