I still don't trust myself carrying the pc out of my room to do it.
Sebastian won't get in the way, he likes watching me take my pc apart.
Bo's gone since Friday and arrived in North Dakota Monday night.
He'll love it until September when it get's below 40 degrees, as he's gonna be outside all day now.

I've had a screwed up week this week from Wednesday and it's gonna continue until sometime until 1 1/2 weeks.
I upgraded both my ssd's Wednesday to 2 1TB Samsung 850 EVO's as I needed more space.
I keep my older games on the 2nd ssd.
I made a mistake and before I pulled the old 2 ssd's out.
I needed to disable 2-step authentication on my Microsoft Account, as my cellphone stopped working in April and my magicJACK won't work until I install it's driver after Windows is at the desktop.
I was in a rush and I forgot to do that, so Microsoft wouldn't let me into my email.
Gmail can send a verification to my Outlook Mail, if my magicJack isn't available.
I also, couldn't reactivate RoboForm Everywhere, as it's sends a code I need to Outlook Mail, so I couldn't remember 98% of my passwords.
I got around it, but Friday after I renew my magicJACK, I'll need to clean install everything a 2nd. time.
I restored a system image from my old ssd's from Tuesday and got back into Outlook Mail and got RoboForm Everywhere working.
Problem is my Samsung 850 EVO that Windows and my programs are on now shows up as my old ssd's size. 500GB's. instead of 1TB. with no way to fix it.
The 2nd clean install must be done starting sometime Friday.
This time I'm disabling 2-step authentication until I can get my Microsoft Account & Google Account's email's working first.
Then, I'll re-enable it for both accounts.

I have a little black book which i keep hidden (for obvious reasons) but i keep nearly all of my passwords in there.so I couldn't remember 98% of my passwords.

I think I'm gonna do that now after this one. Lockbox with password book, etc. in it.
I tried resizing it in Disk Management and it wouldn't work.
Maybe I did it wrong, though.
I probably did it wrong, as I've only previously used Disk Management to setup/format a ssd or hdd after Windows was installed.
Disk 0 is actually Disk 1 and is connected to SATA port 3 on my mobo. It's the Samsung 850 EVO 1TB. SATA ssd. It's for majority of my Games once I reinstall them.l
Disk 1 is actually Disk 0 and is connected to my mobo's m.2 port. Samsung 850 EVO 1TB m.2 w/Windows/Programs, etc.
Unfamiliar with GParted. I don't remember ever using it in the past. Unsure how to do it with it.

Only 12 more games to download & install.
I know more than likely they won't finish to day, as a lot of them are bigger downloads.
In under 24 hours 2 more bigger game downloads get added to the list.
Battlefield 1 Deluxe & Titanfall 2 Deluxe.
October will be Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate and all it's non-included dlc.
Then my game buying is done until March.
I'm also buying a gift caerd in October to use towards the Logitech G920 racing wheel and it's shifter add-on kit.
Those will be purchased in November.

All games are finally downloaded, installed and setup.
I had a major hiccup with Titanfall 2 Deluxe, though.
I had it downloading this morning and then went to bed.
While I was sleeping there was sever rainstorms with lightning, so the power was lost.
Florida Power & Light fixed it, but we had 3 more outages while they were fixing it.
It's been working now for about 2 1/20 hours, so Titanfall 2 Deluxe is done and working finally.
Curious how long my weekly backup is gonna take tomorrow with the bigger ssd's and all my games installed ?
Probably 4-6 hours, not more I hope.
I notice one weird thing with the 2 new Samsung 850 EVO 1TB. ssd's installed.
Samsung Magician's Rapid Mode is only available on one of the 2 ssd's, not both of them.

Only one SSD can be run on fast mode unfortunately. I see the same thing with my two Evo's..

Keep in mind that when I restored a system image it did the following.:
A: Reformatted both ssd's.
B: Moved Windows from my m.2 ssd to the sata ssd.
C: Changed the m.2's size from 1TB to 500GB, like my previous m.2 ssd.
Device Manager and a few of the benchmarks still show it as 500GB., even though I physically fixed that with GParted.

I don't think it's an actual fault.Maybe, I'll contact Samsung Support and complain about it.
If I remember correctly a certain amount of your RAM (roughly 2GB) is given over to the 'Fast mode' process and this can only be done with one drive.

It certainly does. It's mentioned in the Samsung magician manual. It's for one drive only.

I'll make do with it, though.
My benchmarks on both are pretty good.
All of those benchmarks were done right before I posted them.
The only one that wasn't was the Samsung Magician one's. They were done last Sunday, after I ran GParted.
Sometime after October 17th, once they release the Fall Creators Update to the Media Creation Tool, I'll be doing a clean install to get Windows back on the m.2 ssd and the majority of my games on the sata ssd.
Before I do that one, I'll bug you guys on how to copy all my Steam, Origin, GOG and Uplay games somewhere and then how to point each to those folders after the clean install.
Then I won't spend from Monday-Saturday redownloading them again.
By that time I'll have Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate and it's non-included dlc.
Actually that's my birthday gift to myself one month from now.
I'm pretty sure I'm skipping Motorsport 7. Probably DiRT 4, too.
5 car games are enough.

The backup/system image now takes 6 hours.
The system image part fails now, obviously a remnant of restoring the system image last week.
Not doing another clean install until after Fall Creators Update is released.
When it's released Windows' system image goes away anyway, so it will be Macrium Reflect time.
I've used it and Acronis True Image in the past.
Me personally, I'll just start reusing Macrium Reflect.
I don't feel like having to pay for a newer version of True Image every year.
It's now looking like January begins the Ryzen upgrade part getting.
Ryzen plans:
January/February R& 1700 or 1700X - depends on pricing on which one.
February/March: G-Skill Flare X DDR4 3200 2 16GB kits.
April: EKWB AM4 bracket for Predator 240
May: X370 mobo.
The build will be sometime during the summer.
Those plans could change slightly, as it's looking like I'm moving back to California between late October or sometime in November, if things go as planned.
Tat plan revolves around another brother of mine that lives out their and him being o.k. to drive a long distance by then.
He got side-swiped out there in June, so it depends on how his neck/back are.
Depends on my leg/ankle, too.
Right now, I still can't pull off heavy lifting for any distances more than a few feet.
I'm not my speedy self at moving around anymore.
