Hey guys,
I have a small network, running 5 computers. One of these computers needs to stay offline, but is needing to connect to the network to backup on the backup drive.
Is there a way I can use windows firewall to block all internet access to this computer?
Thanks

Hi all,
We're pretty much stumped as to why we're having this problem.
We've been with our ISP for nearly 2 years without this problem, and about last week suddenly 2 of the 5 desktop PCs on the network suddenly developed the local internet access issue. 3 of the 5 desktop PCs use...
When I'm at school, we have to connect using a proxy (proxy.det.nsw.edu.au) with the port 8080.
Then, when we access the internet, it pops up asking us to enter our username and password.
So, I want to play League of Legends at school on my laptop, but I can't even open it because it says it...

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. My computer came out of sleep mode on friday without internet access. I immediately placed a support request with my network provider (I live at a university) but they have yet to respond. In the meantime, I'm treating the issue as though it's originating with my...
Both my laptop and desktop are running Windows 7 64 bit. They both have the same issue through wired ethernet, but not through wireless connections. The reason I do not use wireless is because I only have 2-zero bars in my room.
I am at a college campus and they have said the problem is mine...
I'm trying to fix my girlfriend's Windows 7 laptop after she had a virus/malware infection. I'm pretty sure we've successfully cleared the virus (an updated/full scan with Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware in safe mode comes up clean). However, we have had no Internet access since the infection...
I'm running Windows 7 32 bit and I just noticed that all my drivers for the USB controllers, Audio/Sound devices and the Networking internet (Broadcom Netxtreme Drivers) have all died. They indicate that a Code 39 is the problem. I tried to load some of the drivers but it wouldn't allow them to...
