Need help deciding on 2 components for new pc build

I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.

No, I don't need Nvidias 3D stuff. The 2 different Zinio versions I need for now. They still have to covert a bunch of magazines to work with Zinio Reader 5.
I just downloaded the Realtek HD driver from Realtek. When Bitdefebders done it's scan I'll do the Realtek HD driver and remove the Nvidia 3D driver.

Aura controls my motherboards logo color. The rest can go, except Air. Zinio Reader 4 needs it to work.

Yeah, I can remove AnyDVD for now. My subscription expired for it. I won't be renewing it until March or later. A new company took it over after Slysoft gave it up.

I got rid of everything suggested, except AppNHost. It's part of Click&Clean which I use in Chrome. I originally uninstalled everything suggested and when I restarted my pc, it went no further than the lock screen. No matter how many times I hit a key on my keyboard the login screen wouldn't show up. I had to run system restore to restore my pc to before I remove Divx Player.
I just re-uninstalled everything one at a time with a restart after each.
Now the pc is o.k., other than no Cortana still.

Zinio Reader 4, SVLoadSense and XTUPackage are gone now. The others I use. I need a version of Zinio Reader as that's where my magazines come from. Maximum PC, PC Magazine, PC World.Roboform has all my passwords in it. Secunia is helpful with a hidden program on my pc that dects where my pc is if it gets stolen. It finds Node.js updates which the program needs. YourUninstaller is better than RevoUninstaller and I have updates for life on it.

I'm sure i could find more but you get the general idea.. Is the system running better and has Cortana reappeared yet

Cortana still isn't working. I spoke too soon about the Photos, too. It lost all my pictures on my pc, except for March 31, 2016 and 5 from today (got over 400 this morning)(never mind they all of a suddenly reappeared when I just opened it).
Desktop is cleaner without AI Suite's minibar. I don't think I'd notice a speed difference on the m.2 ssd. Especially with Rapid Mode & RAMCACHE going.

For the hell of it I tried the Contact Support app in 10. It doesn't work now either. Looks like I'm doing another clean install. I'm not doing that until next week when my new video card arrives. I'll be ordering it this Thursday, so I should get it next Monday-Wednesday.

I just ordered my video card. I went with the Sapphire NITRO+ RX 480 8gb OC. It turned out the PowerColor was no good. Apparently it's parts are no good, so I went with the Sapphire.
I'll probably have it next Wednesday.

Yeah, I can't wait. I should be able to run most of my games on ultra. Probably the only current game I have that won't use ultra is Rise of the Tomb Raider.
I'm curious on what game I'll get free with it.
I do know my Batman:Arkham Knight will get over 100fps with it.
I'm gonna have a busy week next week. As soon as I have the video card, I'm reinstalling Windows 10 and everything else.
I already have the current Crimson driver & Sapphire Trixx downloaded and awaiting the video card arrival & install.
Hopefully the clean install of 10 will solve my Cortana issue.

The Sapphire NITRO+ RX 480 OC 8gb has rgb lighting on it. I won't be able to see it that good as my outer 200mm fan's blackmesh on side panel will hide it. I will be able to see it from the clear glass that's above it. It only changes the color of the Sapphire logo on the side of the video card. I'm setting it to red like my case and fans.
