I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.
Didn't go back to folding yet. I reran AISuiteIII's 5-way optimization to overclock my cpu again.
I also reoverclocked my video card with Sapphire TriXX 3.0.
Results for both below.

Now in a little bit after I eat, I'm gonna run Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Knight, DiRT 3, DiRT Showdown, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider and WWE 2K16's benchmarks.
Post those results afterwards.

I forgot about Batman: Arkham Origins having a benchmark.
All were run at 2560x1080, v-synce off, Nvidia stuff off and highest settings possible.
Batman: Arkham City GOTY:

The other day I check my old pc's folding score out. It was only up to about 480,00. I ran it back then 24/7. That was in 2013, though.

Actually the 5-Way Optimization is better. It first overclocks the cpu until it crashes, then goes to last speed before crash happened, then it checks all fan speeds, can benchmark them too, then it does epu and basically everything else.
It stresses the cpu at each change until it bsod's. Then after you close 5-Way Optimization it set's all the settings for you in the uefi.
I'm new to overclocking, so it kind of teaches me.

The only fans hooked up to my motherboard are the 4 fans for my Arctic Liquid Freezer 240. The case fans are all hooked to the cases fan controller and all are on high speed.
The Arctic fans wiring is unique, they can be daisy chained together. Each fan has two connectors, so another can plug into it.
When I get the EKWB EK-XLC Predator 240 Q.D.C. in February, the 2 add-on fans I get for push/pull are going to be hooked to my cases top panel of the fan controller, as no fans are hooked to that channel.
The bottom 2 fans hook to the radiator.

My front fans are both connected to sys_fan1 Top intake is sys_fan2 bottom intake is sys_fan3 and the fans in push pull on my AIO are controlled by corsair link. At idle the system is very quiet and cool. Under load the AIO makes the most noise but it's not overly loud. Can barely hear it while gaming.

Whew, what I day. Iwas posting a response here at 7A.M. this morning and my cable modem power chord went bad. I just got my internet back 5 minutes ago.
Anyway, I forget what my response was, as I'm 3/4 asleep now.
I reran Real Bench this morning after changing the video cards mVolts to +60.
I also ran the Company of Heroes benchmarks, as I couldn't do much else without internet.
Company of Heroes:
Avg.: 59.6
Max.: 60.1
Min.: 40.3

Company of Heroes (Steam Edition):
Avg.: 59.2
Max.: 61.9
Min.: 44.3
Company of Heroes 2:
Min.: 47.81
Max.: 60.46
Avg.: 56.95

Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts:
Avg.: 59.8
Max.: 61.2
Min.: 40.7

Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor:
Avg.: 59.7
Max.: 60.2
Min.: 43.7

Yeah, I remember my Corsair H-80 & H-100. The Corsair fans are louder than most.
The only fan I hear in my pc are the 2 video card fans. That's only because of the fan curve I'm using

I messed with Logitech's new version of it's Gaming Software and I finally figured out how to get my keyboard to blink in just one color.

Asus just released uefi 3307 for the Maximus VIII motherboards. I just installed it and replied my overclock in the uefi. I also set VRM Spread Spectrum to disabled, CPU Power Phase Control to Extreme & CPU Power Duty Control to Extreme.
Those 3 were according to a Maximum PC cpu & video card overclock guide 3 issues ago.

My old pc was AMD w/Nvidia video cards. This one's Intel w/AMD video card. I've only got a i5 6600K, though. No hyper-threading.
Look at the right upper side of the RealBench screenshots. It lists my cpu, motherboard w/old uefi and ram.The uefi got updated a few hours ago.
