Ok I will start off by saying that I believe i've tried everything.

I Continue to get BlueScreens although not that often. They are completely random usually during basic functions like using windows explorer.

I Always get warnings saying " Cannot read referenced memory at e.g (0x00012345b). (thats only an example)

I windows explorer always crashes. Most of my programs always crash. chrome, Mozilla, any games....

I have tested my RAM with Memtest86+ I let it run for 2 days and there were zero errors. I ran the windows Memory test from UBCD. I tried testing the HDD for bad sectors, it can up all clean 100% ok. I ran chkdsk /F, it said the filesystem was ok.

I tested the CPU with Prime95. no errors.

The only way i can make the system run stable is using Safe Mode in Windows 7 or using Mini XP from falcon Fours UBCD. I also tried ubuntu but it also has errors during install.

Maybe it's the Graphic Driver? though i've tryed every driver i could find.

I'm usually very good at solving PC problems. This time I'm completely stumped Link Removed - Invalid URL .
