I've read through a few threads on this subject but it seems as though the solution is always specific to each computer. I'm experiencing BSOD on a Dell Adamo Laptop, 4GB RAM and Intel Core 2 Duo CPU L9600 @ 2.13 GHz. I have Norton Antivirus installed (upgraded when I thought older version was causing problem) and a Logitech mouse (Anywhere MX), changed when I though Logictech Bluetooth was causing the problem. I have all powersave modes shut off and screensaver shut off. I'm getting a consistent "sidebyside" error related Adobe incompatibility issue with 32 and 64 bit version (their error, no patch or workaround yet).
I have checked the disk and the RAM. No problem.
I used the BlueScreenView tool to look at some dump files (attached) and noted reference to ntoskrn.exe and ntfs.sys but can't find repair instructions specific to my situation.
I've attached the dumps. Any help appreciated! Why does MS make everything so hard!!Link Removed
